Shipping and Return Policy

▶︎Shipping is $5 flat and Free on orders over $150.

▶︎Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship out your order.

▶︎All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pearland, TX.

▶︎Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays and/or damages brought about by USPS or any other shipping companies after packages have left our warehouse.

We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn't work out, here's what you need to know:

 We only accept returns purchased through dEKE Country directly, along with the stipulations listed below:

▶︎Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of delivery.

▶︎We offer refunds to your original payment method.

▶︎Return shipping is your responsibility and is not refunded.

▶︎Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original packaging with tags.

▶︎All Final Sale items cannot be returned (including hats, socks, sunglasses, headbands/headwear, swimwear, undergarments, etc)

▶︎We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  Contact the shipping company with your tracking information for further assistance.

▶︎Returns rejected due to wear, damage or being ineligible will be sent back at your cost.

▶︎Accounts/buyers with a 50% + return rate may be blocked from making further returns.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email info@dekecountry.com within 3 business days with photos and order information before wearing or returning it.  If you choose to keep the damaged item, you may receive a  store credit of up to 25% of the price paid for the item.  This is on a case to case bases and items cannot be returned unless damaged and still has original store/product tags.

2. Use USPS or another company of your choice and keep your tracking number.

3. Refund or store credit (per Return Policy) will be issued within 3 business days after we received and inspect the item.
