Returns & Exchanges:

Exchanges:

dEKE Country accepts exchanges on a case to case bases and as long as the product is not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn, damaged and still has original store/product tags. Promotional and final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for processing and our customer care team will contact you if we have any questions. We do not charge shipping on shipments for exchanged items.  Product exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase.

Returns:

dEKE Country accepts returns for store credit only (excluding shipping and processing charges) on a case to case bases on purchases made directly through our company as long as the returned product is not on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued, visibly worn, damaged and still has original store/product tags.  All sales of gift cards, promotional and final sale items are final and are not eligible for return. The product must be returned with a postmark date within 10 days of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their tracking number for all returns, and to track their returns. 

*Discounted / Special Offer items cannot be returned unless damaged and still has original store/product tags.
